Return Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a new one, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. 1) Contact us using our FB Messenger or email us at trisco@trisco.com 
  2. 2) Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order. Please provide us with your Purchase Reference Number. 
  3. 3) Send all items back to us using the following label

Additional Information:

  • If you wish a full refund, once the product has been returned, you will receive your refund within 14 days due to the bank's process.
  • The customer is responsible for covering any return shipping fees.
  • In the rare case where you didn't receive your product due to the carrier, Trisco will still provide a full refund after confirmation that the package has been lost.
